4. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• We accept credit cards and ACH transfers
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

5. Service Delivery and Results

Important: Results typically take 60-90 days to materialize. Please understand that:

• Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control
• We cannot guarantee specific ranking positions
• Search engine algorithms change frequently
• Past performance does not guarantee future results

We commit to using ethical, industry-standard SEO practices that comply with search engine guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website belongs to Drawbridge Marketing or its licensors. Content created specifically for clients becomes client property upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days' written notice for month-to-month agreements
• Immediately upon material breach by the other party
• According to terms in separate service agreements

Upon termination, we will provide reasonable transition assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Drawbridge Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms or any resulting business losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drawbridge Marketing from any claims arising from your breach of these terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose
• Spam or phishing activities
• Violating Google or other platform guidelines
• Creating fake reviews or testimonials
• Any activity that could damage our reputation

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Pierce County, Washington under American Arbitration Association rules.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Severability
